Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Jagnnath Enterprises, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Returns
Products may be eligible for return if:
- The product is damaged.
- The wrong product is delivered.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Products
Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer may not be eligible for return.
